RFP Review, Budget Development & Technical Response
In a project based world, we understand the importance of responding to an RFP. Our current clients bring us in on projects at the start of the bidding process. We are able to review all RFP documents and provide budgetary numbers as it relates to our services as well as technical language as it relates to how we plan to execute the project.

Project Management
Our Project Managers offer extensive experience in Office & Industrial and Healthcare projects. With our extensive experience we are able to look at the project scope and offer the best strategy to achieve your project goals. Our Project Managers will be a part of your team, both offsite and onsite, from project start through project completion.

Consolidation & Asset Management
Once the PO is issued and commodities are ordered; we will manage the receiving, storage, delivery, and install of all the new product. With extensive knowledge and experience, our Team will provide real time receiving reports as well as shipping trackers to illustrate, in real time, all product received and what is still pending. Pictures of all assets received will be provided as well. This allows us to see any transit damage by the LTL carriers and mitigate delays by filing the claim and re-ordering product, as necessary.

Office, Industrial & Healthcare Moving
Our Project Managers will schedule several planning meetings with you to review your relocation requirements and how we can successfully complete your move with the least disruption to your business operations.

Delivery/Installation
The execution of the services will include delivery of the new commodities from the warehouse and items will be installed in the new space. An example of installed items (but, not limited to) wall mounted TV’s, towel, soap, and hand sanitizing dispensers, office furniture, artwork, PC’s, etc.

Furniture Cleaning (Modular Furniture/Chairs)
When your project budget doesn’t allow for the purchase of new modular furniture or chairs, steam cleaning can revitalize, sanitize and extend the life of your existing furniture.

Overseas Shipping
Door to Door shipping to anywhere that includes maximizing density or sequenced loading if the project requires a specific installation schedule.
